Reappointments are needed on the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee for two (2) three-year terms expiring August 31, 2028. Toye Allen and Tom Rothrock are eligible for reappointment.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Reappointments are needed on the above said board. The Ombudsman for the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee supports the reappointment of Toye Allen and Tom Rothrock for an additional term. This has been done in the past for the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee and Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee in light of the need to maintain members on these committees.
