BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

The Procurement Division was directed to  submit RFP for the above noted services.  The solicitation was posted on Monday, Aug 26^th, 2024 with several responses. This process is necessary to review the responses and seek guidance on next steps in the selection of a firm to execute a contract by November 1, 2024.  This discussion will include a review of the proposals that were received and answer any questions.
