BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

The County received more than $215 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and allocated the funding to various projects throughout the County.  Staff will provide an update on the status of the funding and planned use to expend remaining funds by the December 31, 2026 program end date.
