BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This loss occurred on September 22, 2025 at Judge Clifton E. Johnson Building, located at 700 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC. Rubber gasket on the hot water line that goes to the AHU in the mechanical room on the third-floor failed causing water damage on the third floor. Risk Management is requesting a settlement claim for a total $84,739.67.
