BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Staff will provide the Board with a high-level overview of the Youth and Family Services Corrective Action Plan that was approved on August 3, 2026.  The plan includes the goals and strategies to be implemented by the division, which will lead to improved services and outcomes for children and families.
