2) Appoint a voting delegate and alternate for the NCACC Legislative Goals Conference to be held in Wake County November 14-15, 2024

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
In order to participate in the annual election of officers and policy adoption decisions, the Board must officially select someone to serve as the County's voting delegate during the annual business session in August and on the final slate of goal proposals to be brought before the Association's membership in November.
