BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

The Mecklenburg County Equity Action Plan (EAP) FY2020-FY2023 is the primary source for guiding all County Departments in implementing current equity best practices and aligning to county equity goals and strategies.  This presentation is to update the board on the end of phase one of our equity work and preview the future state of the work.
