ACTION:
Authorize the County Manager to negotiate and execute a lease amendment with the City of Charlotte at the County's LUESA facility (2145 Suttle Ave, Charlotte, NC - Tax Parcel 067-014-08) to increase the space the City is leasing by +/- 65 square feet

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The City of Charlotte currently leases a total of 3,113 square feet from the County at the LUESA facility. The current lease term is for 10 years, expiring June 30, 2027. The City would like to expand its leased area by +/- 65 square feet (one additional workstation) for a new total of +/- 3,178 square feet. The City departments that will occupy the space will include Charlotte Planning, Charlotte Water, and Charlotte Fire staff. A lease amendment is required to capture the additional leased area. All other lease conditions will remain the same.
