BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:  
At its December 18, 2012 meeting, the Board approved a Work Plan to implement the Board's action plan in response to the 2011 Revaluation Review. This work plan included provisions to contract with Pearsons Appraisal Service for review of major and minor issues identified in its initial review, and to contract with Customer Service Solutions for a customer service assessment of the Assessor's office.
 
During this presentation, the Board will receive an update on the status of the actions in the 2011 Revaluation Review Work Plan.
