BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This proposed revision was presented and discussed at an earlier meeting and is now being presented for Board approval. The revisions to the Gift Provision of the BOCC Code of Ethics Policy (Sec. 1(f)) are related to food and beverage consumption when attending an event while representing Mecklenburg County.
A red-lined version of the full policy with revisions is provided, as well as a clean version. The revisions are located on pages 9-10.
