BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

This loss occurred on January 23, 2026, at 12 p.m. at 215 North Sycamore Street, Charlotte, North Carolina.  Water Main Break caused damage to parking lot. The pipes will need to be replaced and the parking lot repaired. Risk Management is requesting a settlement claim for a total cost of $49,757.00.
