BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This contract with Duke Energy will replace outdated pole lights with highly efficient LED lighting at Eastland Park located at 8128 Eastland Yards Blvd, Charlotte NC 28212.
PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND:
Duke Energy is only the light provider for this area. Service contract with Duke Energy is more cost efficient than installing and maintaining private poles and lights.
