ACTION:
Amend the 2025-2026 General Fund (0001) Budget Ordinance to appropriate $198,112.85 of Land Development Fund balance for transfer to the Code Enforcement Special Revenue Fund (8510).

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The FY26 Annual Budget Ordinance moved the Land Development service from the General Fund to the Code Enforcement Special Revenue Fund effective July 1, 2025. Funds held in the General Fund were not moved at that time to allow for completion of the FY25 audit and a reconciliation to finalize the Land Development amount for transfer. This action will transfer the balance of Land Development funds held in the General Fund to the Code Enforcement Special Revenue Fund.
