BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The overview will explain the process steps during the planned workshops for the Board to deliberate and engage in straw voting to develop the Board's FY14 Budget Ordinance for formal vote by the Board on June 18. The overview will include an orientation on how to use the straw voting spreadsheet in the straw voting step.
