2. Accept the Offer of Sale of Real Estate from John Jones, owner of property located at 1120 Riverside Drive, Charlotte, NC (tax parcel 031-152-19), for $165,716.
3. Accept the Offer of Sale of Real Estate from Thomas and Rose Gunter, owners of property located at 1206 Riverside Drive, Charlotte, NC (tax parcel 031-162-12), for $164,290.
4. Accept the Offer of Sale of Real Estate from Susan Barbee, owner of property located at 1212 Riverside Drive, Charlotte, NC (tax parcel 031-162-11), for $196,496.
