Amend the 2025-2026 Annual Budget Ordinance to recognize, receive, and appropriate an increase in federal revenue for Non Smart Start Admin Allocation of the Child Care Subsidy in the amount of $356,771 from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to the General Fund (0001) in the Department of Child, Family, and Adult Services

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Social Services, allocates funding to Mecklenburg County for Public Assistance and Social Service Programs. Funding authorizations have been revised to include a net increase of federal revenue for the Child Care Development Administration.
