This loss occurred on May 20, 2022, at 3:35 PM on Monroe Rd. from McAlway Rd. toward Commonwealth Avenue, Charlotte, NC. The Claimant’s vehicle was rear-ended and presented injuries for a concussion, chronic neck pain, chronic back pain, shoulder pain, right wrist, hand and elbow pain. The bodily injury damages were settled via mediation. Risk Management is requesting a settlement claim for a total of $35,000.00.
