BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

The Performance Review Committee met on September 3, 2025, to discuss a proposed performance evaluation process and FY26 Work and Performance Plan for County Manager Michael Bryant.  The Committee adopted a motion to recommend to the full Board that the Board of County Commissioners approve the County Manager bringing forward a new performance evaluation process in FY27 to align with the Organizational Reset Plan and Balanced Scorecard, and to approve the County Manager's submitted FY26 Work and Performance Plan with modified changes. The revised FY26 Work and Performance Plan recommended by the Committee is attached.
