This presentation introduces a two-year strategic framework designed to align the County’s strategies, partnerships, and resources to advance workforce development goals. It outlines the County’s collaborative framework and priority areas in expanding access to meaningful job opportunities, supporting sustainable living-wage employment, and strengthening career pathways that promote upward mobility for residents.
