Neal Dixon was reappointed as Tax Collector by the BOCC on April 6, 2021, for a four-year term beginning July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2025, in accordance with N.C.G.S. 105-349. By virtue of retirement that will be effective August 1, 2024, the term will be vacated prior to expiration.
