BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

The purpose of this presentation is to provide an update on the strategic work being done in collaboration with community stakeholder to address the needs of people living unsheltered. This includes deploying a street outreach team with the intention of connecting people to resources ranging from behavioral health supports to immunization and testing to emergency shelter.
