BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Each year, the County’s Strategy & Innovation team administers its annual Employee Climate Survey (ECS) to all full-time and part-time employees. The ECS results are used to evaluate performance on the County’s Corporate Scorecard, as well as understand the perceptions employees have about working for and within Mecklenburg County Government. These perceptions are important to know, because they constitute the level of motivation and satisfaction among employees.
