Emerging from the County Manager’s Listening Tour, the Quality of Life Collaborative (QLC) is a cross‑sector partnership dedicated to improving quality of life and strengthening Charlotte‑Mecklenburg as a premier place to live by fostering coordination among public, private, philanthropic, and non-profit organizations in our community.
