Recognize and receive a donation of cloth face coverings from Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to the Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has secured cloth facial coverings to aid approximately 2200 transit agencies as they implement local phased reopening plans. FEMA has been working with states, industries, and stakeholders to ensure that transportation workers receive the support they need during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency. Mecklenburg County DSS Transportation Program will be receiving between 1,500 and 2,500 of these cloth facial coverings to distribute to their drivers and clients.
