BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

This presentation is a follow-up item from the 9/9/25 Public Policy meeting where a working recommendation was shared regarding potential uses of the vacant county facility located at 2324 Lasalle Street. This presentation provides follow-up information as requested by the BOCC from the original presentation, as well as a finalized recommendation for board approval, and next steps once approved.
