BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The loss occurred on May 20, 2026, at 12 a.m. at 6309 Banner Elk Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina. The copper wiring throughout the building were stolen at a newly acquired building with no security cameras in use at the time. Temporary installation of electrical wiring is being installed to keep the building from becoming an environmental hazard. The total cost of replacement is $61,360.00.
