BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The loss occurred on May 20, 2026, at 12 a.m. at 6309 Banner Elk Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina. A total of 6 AC units were vandalized and stolen at a newly acquired building with no security cameras in use at the time. All 6 AC units have been replaced. The total cost of replacement is $79,286.55.
