ACTION:
Approve the submittal to reapply for a grant application to NC DHHS, Division of Public Health, Women, Infant, and Community Wellness Section for a three-year period (June 1, 2027 to May 30, 2031) for Family Planning Services up to $1,443,348 to the General Fund (0001). The grant deadline is November 6, 2026.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Mecklenburg County Health Department is requesting approval to apply for renewal funding from the NC DHHS, Division of Public Health, for the funding sources of Title X and Women's Health Service funds. Funds will be used to continue providing family planning services to the citizens of Mecklenburg County.
