Hold a public forum to receive input from citizens on the desired qualities and qualifications for the next Mecklenburg County Manager. Members of the public will have three minutes to speak, organizations represented by four or more speakers will have ten minutes.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
At its Special Meeting on September 24, the Board decided to hold a public forum at its October 15 regular meeting. This public forum is intended to give the public the opportunity to provide input on the desired qualities and qualifications for the next Mecklenburg County Manager.
